Informal borrowing and lending among friends and family is messy: People forget due dates; Awkward reminders strain relationships; No clear record of who owes whom.
Here, how might we help people manage informal borrowing & lending without friction in relationships?

Researched user pain points (19 participants),
synthesized insights, created flows for both borrowers and lenders
Iterated designs based on feedback from usability tests
designed a friendly ledger, chat-based borrow cards, and empathetic reminder system.
Impact.
Reduced loan request and repayment completion time by

through simplified Borrow and “Pay Now” flows, Increased borrower conversion rates by
22%
Achieved higher trust perception with clear status tracking, friendly reminders, and transparent ledgers.
