my role.
I led the end-to-end UI design for Vāsanā, creating the design strategy, visual language, and scalable design system from scratch. I translated wireframes into 200+ responsive web and mobile screens, balancing corporate professionalism with a wellness-inspired theme, and delivered brand guidelines, design assets, and interactive prototypes. I also managed and mentored two junior UI designers, ensuring consistent application of the design language system across all screens.

Unclear roles, unspoken stress, poor communication, and lack of recognition silently derail team performance. These “soft” issues often go unnoticed but have a hard impact on motivation, retention, and output. Vāsanā application addresses this by helping people understand each other better and work together more effectively.

At its core, Vāsanā for Teams is built to make work feel more human. It’s a wellness and performance tool that helps teams understand each other, communicate with empathy, and grow together. With simple psychometric insights and guided tools, it eases daily friction, builds trust, and supports personal growth, without adding extra work.

Modern teams in a corporate setup, often underperform not because of technical gaps, but because of behavioural misalignment:
Unclear roles and skill mismatches reduce ownership.
Persistent stress stays unspoken, silently derailing output.
Communication breakdowns, rooted in fear of judgment, create emotional distance.
Ignored small wins kill motivation.
These “soft” issues have a hard impact on team morale, retention, and output. We asked: How might we help teams work better by understanding each other better?
result.
The final product was a frictionless, plug-and-play tool that teams could start using right inside Slack or MS Teams. It offered clear, respectful psychometric insights, intent-based communication helpers, and simple team dashboards; all designed to feel helpful, not heavy. Early pilots saw stronger role clarity, smoother conversations, and a measurable drop in team tension. Most importantly, teams felt more connected and it showed in their work.
